Default Passing light question

I noticed today that one of my passing lights was tilted slightly downward. Should the dealer take care of this under warranty or do I need to get a socket and grind out a slot in it like I've read about on the forumand fix it myself? The bike is about 2 months old.

Make sure its not bent. There both connected to the light bar.I would loosen both sides just to see if it lines up if not take it in.You might just save yourself a few days without your bike!
