'06 RK wheel bearings
My '06 RK is approaching 39,000 miles.Gotta change out the rear rotor and thinking about the wheel bearings being the wheel will be of and I have some trips planned.Typically,when IS a good time milage wise.

If they turn freely with no grinding and aren't loose, you maybe good for another 39k. However if you have the wheel out already, and you have even a slight concern about them, change them out. Replacements are fairly cheap.

I think the 06's still ran the dual race axial bearing which were good bearings. I do agree though if in doubt change them out. I have had issues with the fronts on the newer bikes never the rears. I can only get 20k out of a set.
