Default Broken Valve Spring

I installed a fuel moto 107 kit with 777 cams back in Jan/Feb of this year. Today, I had just exited the interstate and cruised over the bridge. Halfway over, I lost most power and it started running like crap. Luckily I was about a 1/2 mile from my shop. After disassembly, I found a broken exhaust spring on the rear cylinder. Does anyone know what valve spring that FM uses on their stage 2 heads? They will be getting a call from me in the morning. I would like to source a new one locally if possible. Otherwise it may be a set of S&S springs. Thanks for the help.

I lost an exhaust valve spring on my FM 107 build as well. Running the "b" heads. The sent me everything I needed to repair it free of charge.

Check, or better yet, replace that valve too in case it got hit by the piston. if it did its bent.

Inspect your valve guide as well. If the valve stem was slightly bent it may have deformed/worn the guide.

It looks like they were Beehives from the website. All of their heads use Beehives seems.
I am not a fan of those springs but I have nothing to base that on.

Valve is fine. I can spin it with air pressure and no air leaking past it. When I push in on it, you can hear a puff go out the tail pipe. I'll be calling Fuel Moto this morning when they open. However, we were going to leave tonight to go to Tail of the Dragon, Smokey and Blue Ridge Mountain riding. Going to try to source a valve locally that is the same specs that are on the head now.

I'm getting to not be a fan of those. Will be looking at some better springs once I get back on the road.

I believe the advantage of beehives is they should fit under the rocker cover without modification to the cover.

Basically, they are the stock valve spring specs. Spring replaced and all is good...until I get back and get some better springs. Thanks for everyone's input.
