Hi, have found a old post and it looks like the outer spacer are all the same. The reason i asked is i had a new tyre fitted and the non abs bearing felt a bit ruff so had new bearings fitted. The fitter found that the non abs bearing was a 1inch instead of a 25mm bearing. The inch bearing is approx 6mm wider. Have fitted wheel and seems ok but wanted to be safe and ask. On a side note am now waiting on a new wheel, the old wheel was corroded around valve and leaking. Asked for a new valve as well?????. It was fitted by a dealer!!!!!!!!!!
TIA

Hmm...that was hard for me to follow

Are you saying you found a 1"x21mm wide bearing installed and now changed back to a 25mm x 15mm wide on Non-Abs side?

HI, Thats correct, had the proper bearings fitted. Axle shaft fitted ok. With the non abs bearing "floating" was wondering weather the legs were being pushed apart with the inch bearing or pulled in with the metric bearing
TIA

Unless someone made a custom axle spacer and/or center spacer sleeve to accommodate that extra 6mm bearing width, then yes, it would have spread the legs.

You should be using the original 1.012" spacer against the 25mm x 15mm wide bearing.

Did the 1" x21mm bearing protrude? It should have. If not, then the center spacer sleeve was modified.

Hi puller broke so measured bearing to bearing at 165mm. Measured a new sleeve at 132mm with the abs bearing at 18mm and non abs bearing at 15mm that comes out the same. so hopefully fit new bearings and good to go. Outer sleeve also measured at 1.012". thanks for the info

~165.72mm (18 + ~132.72mm + 15)
and
1.012" (25.70mm)

Looks good.

BTW, Make sure you install the first bearing in the "Primary" side (left side of Front wheel). Indicated by the machined groove in the rotor mounting surface (seen if rotors are off.)
