.01 is nothing. It should be 14.something at 2000 rpms. DC.

OK before the starting of the bike battery read 12.57, on the start it went down to 8.60, and when the voltage finally stopped dropping it was sing at 9.87.

What was the voltage when running at 2k? If it was at 9.87 that is bad.

Wouldn't hurt to put the battery on a charger for few hours.

12.6 off is good, if it has been off for few hours. 14.4ish when running.

It was @ 2000 during the drop, and I did go do the regulator test, at I point it read .01 and stayed there.

I let her sit for a hour without a charger on her, and the battery is back at 12.47, what the hell is going on with it?

You are saying you read .01 on the battery? You are not using meter right or screwing something up.

Make sure cables are tight. Push the leads hard into the terminals.
