The new ultra low seat will fit on your ultra limited. I find the ultra low seat to be narrower and lower ,doesn't push so much forward like the reach seats imo
Thanks for the info. I seem to be getting conflicting answers from the dealers I've spoken to. My local dealer says that it will bolt up but is tough doing it by yourself due to the seat being a bit longer.
Mustang shows seats fitting from 2008-2016.
HD Customer Service says no because of frame changes.
What year is your bike?
My bike is a 15,we tried the seat on my step dad's 09 ultra. There are no issues with fitment. I sold the seat on the forums because I ended going with a solo seat

The seats for the Limited Low are similar to our LowDown touring seats. They're actually slightly lower than our LowDown. Regarding install, these seats should definitely fit 2009 to 2016, and usually 2008 as well. Other than the standard "remove trim strips from 2012-up CVO fender" there are no other major restrictions we're aware of.

What exactly are the trim strips on 12-up CVO fenders? I'm looking to use the 52164-10 seat on my 2013 CVO ultra

I know what he means, but it's hard to visualize.....
I forget which is smaller/bigger.... but.....
Most places will have a different part number for a seat for a Rushmore touring bike, then for a pre-Rushmore touring bike. The seat's bolt is in the same place on both.... but because one is "fuller" (bigger) to fill the space between the speakers and tourpak, if you put the bigger seat on the bike with the smaller space... it will fit, but it can be hard to get the rear seat bolt started due to the "fuller" padding....
Not sure if that makes sense or not... but I tried....
I hate it when I get sucked into an old, dead thread.......
It really pisses you off, doesn't it. And it happens here WAY too often. I saw one thread yesterday that was from 2014. I don't why know they are still in the database. I mean really, is there anything that's still relevant on bikes that are 6 years old? Things change a lot and information is different from 6 years ago. Oops! I forgot, this is Harley we're talking about. Some things never change.
