Ok so I'm posting this for my father
He has a 2015 street glide special
He's wanting to lower it the harley book doesn't show anything for his bike has anyone lowered there's if so part numbers and. Where you got them would be greatly appreciate
the street glides are already lowered one inch from the factory. if you use shorter shocks, you're going to further reduce the suspension travel, and ride quality.
try going with a different seat before you start monkeying with lowering blocks, ride geometry, etc...
also, how short are your dad's legs? I run a 28 inseam and while I can't flat foot, I don't want to degrade my bike's performance any. I've just gotten used to it, and I pay attention to how I park. if the parking spot slops downhill any, back in. if it slops uphill, the pull straight in.
