Hey all,
Sorry I know this has beat to death, but The wife isn't happy with her a$$ after a couple hours on the back. To be honest, I wouldn't mind being a little more comfy myself. I had a guy put some gel in it at Sturgis a couple years ago, but I'm not sure it helped any. I have searched all the threads about seats, but it takes forever to look through all that.
I have looked at the Saddlemen seats and I kinda like the Road Sofa model.
Could ya'll tell me your advice, please? Im 6'0" and 200lbs, the wife is 5'4" and 125lbs.
Thanks for any options/opinions.
Harley Hammock seat with heat, no question. I've had Mustang, Corbin, Gel. They're not even close.
I'm not planning on getting heat as it's never too cold here in Louisiana. I was leaning towards the Hammock seat though. I'll check them out this week at the HD shop. Thanks.

Hey neighbor! Let us know how you like that Hammock seat. I'm in the market for one too and looking hard at a Saddlemen and an Ultimate seat. My brother has a Hammock and really likes it
I put a HD Sundowner seat on our last two Harley's, the Wife liked the passenger seat.
The Wife does not ride passenger anymore do to her bad knees and back, so I ride solo.
I went with the HD Hammock. It sits me a little higher than stock, 1-2" maybe. The ride is much much better. The wife is happier too (the most important part). I'd have to recommend it to others.
