I did some motor work in the winter and installed the s&s 106" kit with s$s oil plate, port polished heads, woods 555 cam's, s&s push rods and lifters. After about 1000 miles i get this weird chirping noise coming from the throttle body area it seems.
It's not constant either. It only makes the noise when the engine is at full running temperature, and will randomly happen while riding. I can be sitting at a stop light with no noise, then all of
a sudden it starts making the noise.
I have no power loss, no oil pressure loss, no oil leaks I see, nor any exhaust leaks I see.
What the hell is this?

Are you running an open intake? Is it the intake valves closing that you're hearing?
Had the same issues when I ran an open intake. Put the football cover back on and the sound went away.
Good Luck.
I am running a screamin eagle cone intake. I can try this for sure. Only issue I have is my buddy and I did the same build to both our bikes and he has no sound like this
It may be pushrods rubbing against the tubes. The pushrods rotate as the engine runs, if they are real close to the tubes, and slightly out of round it can cause this noise. The cure is to drill out the pushrod tubes.... 5/8" I think.
