Default Need help picking mini-Apes

I want to swap out the stock handlebars for mini-apes. 10" is fine. What I need is a more straightened hand position. What I mean is parallel to the fairing or 90-degrees out from the tank. It's hard to find a lot of bikes around here to try out. I've been to a few rallys but no luck.
Can anyone that has swapped out theirs let me know how the wrist position is?
Thanks
Mark

They look pretty good. Is the picture pretty accurate? The grips look pretty straight.
Thanks!

I just changed out my bars this past winter. Went with the 1.25" Khrome Werks 10" Bobber Bagger Apes. Chose these for the same reason...they have a "flatter" wrist angle (hands more parallel to the fairing). Very happy with my decision...plus they look so much better than stock being 1.25" diameter and internally wired.

Check them out...http://www.khromewerks.com/Bobber-Apes-1065-654-1.html

I went with 8" Twin Peaks for the same reason. I didn't want higher just a more turned hand position.....turned out exactly as I hoped. You will be happy with the 10" if you just want a more "turned out instead of back" wrist position.

I JUST installed a set on my stepsons 2012 streetglide 14 inchers. I didn't really care for the wrist position.or the arm for that matter. but its not my machine so tra la la.Make sure to do your research before install. They are a bitch to install.Harley gets big $$$ I hear around a g. Not a do it yourselfer. I do all my own upgrades from pipes to motors etc. It took a real 6.5 hours . Not fun .. Be prepared to pay.

2009-up Heritage Softails have mini apes - not to be confused with the 'heritage' bars that came on them forever before then. I found them very comfortable on that bike.

I sat on a 2016 SG at the dealership that had the Harley Mini Apes on it. I did not choose them because they were to parallel to the fairing and seemed very uncomfortable to me. You might give them a try and see if they work for you.

Good Luck
