Totally agree as well... It was the very first thing I noticed about the new bikes. The old cowbell is a classic piece of pristine chrome that never has to be replaced... Just can't wrap my eyeballs around the new ones. Too many HD logos in the kitchen spoil the soup... But hey, diversity of aesthetic opinion is part of what makes owning a harley so much fun.

Went to the Harley dealer this past weekend. Right away noticed the new horns on the '17s. There was a blacked out model that had the new style horn and it was gloss black.
