Iran my 07 SG until the gage was resting on E, I mean all the way down. Took 4.67 gallons to fill it. I must admit I very rarely run it at 70, usually a bit higher but I average 39 to 40 MPG.

Last run to Laughlin (489 round trip) avg speed 80 - 90 overall fuel avg 40mpg

I get 38-39 mpg on my carbed '05 rk custom. Religiously. I ride like a bat out of hell, quick launches, and cruise as fast as I can. In the city or on the highway. Sure, I would like better fuel milage, but I didn't buy my bike to save on gas. I ride because it is my release, my time.

you all are alot more trusting than i am at 150 miles im looking for a fuel stop, my gauges can swing along ways left in a hurry, but the low fuel light seems pretty accurate every time its goes on i have about .9-1.0 gal left

I sputtered into the gas station last night, 5.227 gallons into the gas tank at $3.399 a gallon[:@][:@]
Ended up getting 34 mpg on that tank...............think my map is a big fat right now, but man does it run strong.
My normal riding now is 80mph up the highway to work, so I'm sure that's hurting my mpg too.
