Took a break from riding for a while, burned out from trying to commute on SoCal freeways, lots of near misses and stuff, but Im back.
Picked up my SG a week ago and couldn't be happier with it. Any of those on the fence thinking about trading in, just do it, you won't be sorry. Lots of yapping about dyno sheets and HP/TQ curves, but when you are riding, who cares, its what you feel in the seat of the pants that counts.
I have not noticed any whining noises or 1st gear tranny clunk (no where near as much as I did on my NT). Stock exhaust sounds pretty good too (Im not into peeling paint with sound waves anymore).
Spent all day Saturday with the wife up in the local mountains on it, and power for days climbing the grades. All in all, HD nailed this one !
