2017 touring susp ?
For those of you that have the new bikes, how is the new suspension ( new rear shocks and reworked front forks ) compared to the earlier stuff (pre 2013 ). Have they finally figured out how to make rear shocks that do not need to be replaced by after market items ( ohlins/progressive)

You should test ride and see if this works for you.
the old air shocks work for a majority of riders ( I have about 150,000 miles on them)- your requirements are a bit more stringent so you'd be the better judge of the newer shocks.
