Default Air ride suspension help...
Im looking into getting an air ride. I've looked at 4 places. Dirty air, skullys,xotic customs,and air fx. Anybody with experience with these please chime in. Also has anyone bought the upgraded dirty air for touring models id like to know what the difference is in that and the original one. TIA.

JNR Designed air ride is what i went with and love it

We have a dedicated air suspension section, over in the Tech area, where you may get more info.

I have the xotic customs air bags. After they were installed one of the shocks leaked...but they mailed me a replacement immediately. Big plus on the lifetime warranty! Haven't had a problem since! I love them!

I have a Dirty Air instant up kit with tank and love it. I did put all DOT lines and fittings due to temp swings in my area.

I do not have the upgraded shocks.

I have the DIRTY AIR FAST-UP kit. Did the install myself. I really don't like the Monroe shocks that came with the kit, if I don't run at least 100psi in the shocks they tend to bottom out. I only weigh about 215. Other than that I like the set up.

Ditto! I have/had the Monroe shocks with my air ride and found the same thing. If I had them aired up they road great but with less air they were clunky and would bottom out. Took the air ride off and trying other options.

Shotgun shocks system is by far the best ride i have ever had. Very adjustable great leople to deal with.
