Default Part numbers

I changed my rear tire out before a trip to the East Coast and adjusted the belt after the tire change. The first morning of the trip, I heard the belt chirping and knew it was loose. I'm thinking I adjust the belt while the bike was on the jack with the wheel off the floor. I'm not sure if that was the problem or what, but it was loose as a goose the next morning.

I finally asked a service manager at a Harley shop what it would cost to get the belt adjusted and he said he would do it for $20. I was amazed you could get them to check tire pressure for that, so I told them to do it for me.

They had a female technician there and she came and got me and told me the belt adjustment was all the way out and the whole sheeten kabang needed to be replaced. Belt, front and rear sprockets and the cush drive rubbers. So she didn't do squat, never tried to adjust the belt, just looked at it.

I really think she just kind of freaked when she saw I had 105,000 miles on a 2013. She just seemed to think with that many miles it all needed to be replaced.

When I got to Virginia, I went and bought a cresent wrench big enough to back the axle nut off and adjusted the belt so it was passably tight (no more chirping when cold).

I'm going to buy all the parts from a 20% off dealer and replace them myself. I've been trying to find the part numbers, but haven't been too confident I've got the right part numbers.

It's a 2013 Ultra limited. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

OP,

got a 180k on an 04, belt never replaced. its the 1 1/8 belt vs the 1 inch.

are you sure it needs replacing?

unless you damage them they tend to last a long time
