I just checked the 2019 Owners Manual Security section and could not find anything on adjusting the alarm sensitivity. I was going to set mine to go off if a gnat landed on the antenna.

I don't have an antenna, but I wanted the same effect.
Do you mean you added the H-D Smart Siren? Just turning the ignition on will not activate the siren well not on mine. If you Tyra moving the bike or starting the bike then the siren goes off. I have my siren set to silent so it only will blast when the security is set off. It remains quiet when it resets and turns off.
If I shake it violently it will churp, im going from an o6 that had sensitivity adjustment, these new fangled things are just insensitive
Really? My 09 Ultra Classic goes off if I just look at it wrong. Even w the key fob it will chirp at me a few times once in awhile. & touch the bike at all & it the alarm chirps a few times then goes nuts.
i gotta say.. this is one harley feature that i never quite understood.... the blinking dash light might be somewhat of a deterrent but otherwise... whats the use ? whenever i am on the road and stop for the night , i disable it so some kid wont rock on it and set of the lights, thus running battery down... happened to buddy of mine once... no harm done... just a curious somebody who probably sat on it, saw the lights, freaked out and took off.. next morning...dead battery

Must be something else wrong with your buddies bike. Mine stops the siren and flashing lights after about 2 minutes when the movement stops.
Check the flash pattern. The lights only blink together like twice when it sets. When the alarm is activated the left flash, then the right, then then left, then the right, then the left until it stops. If they both flashing together then your emergency flashers were turned on. Do another test and see
