If you like the bike - go see it and bring only the amount of cash you're willing to pay for it - in a lot of cases you flash cash in front of a guy - they find a hard time saying no
I gave $16,500.00 in September for a 2014 St. Glide Special with 2800 miles on it. The bike came from Virginia. The bike looks brand new and came with extras such as extra seat, sissy bar with pad for passenger and a rack carrier and the 4-point doc plate.
I found a local HD 2014 SGS for sale for $17,500 with only 1k miles. He doesn't seem to want to go any lower on his price. I have only talked to him on the phone, but hopefully I can go see it in the next couple of days. It has true dual exhaust headers, and screaming eagle AC. Is this a good deal? Thanks.
====================
NADA shows avg ret = $17,940 & low retail @ $13,635 not accounting for extremely low 1k miles for the yr too.
They are basically asking top book so a good buy on that basically still new bike in like new cond would be approx $15,500-16k.
Bring cash because it's king when buying that should get you best deal.
But to be safe i rec you bring along a friend or 2 when having that much cash on hand.
Also,its white.Far from the most popular colour,I'd let it sit for a while...
i love white...i have a 2006 102 yami road star that's becoming a hanger queen. i know a lot don't like white but surprisingly, it doesn't show the dirt that much.
