Might not have a warranty remaining so it would be something to ask about.
The premium on that bike is the very low miles if the condition is as it looks in pictures.
I would imagine that a bike of the same year and in very good condition would be at most about $1,000-$1,500 less.
If the bike is mint, looks brand new then the seller is in line at $17,000.
You may wish to run the VIN number on the harley website for open recalls.
That year had a large batch of bad voltage regulators straight from the factory.
A bad voltage regulator can leave you stranded.
The voltage regulator is an easy fix for a DIY person but i would hate for you pay $100 for a tow when you get stuck on the side of the road.
Then to get the surprise of $250 for the part and then another $150 for labor to get it fixed.
Then since the bike is a 2014 the battery might be close to the end so you get hit with another $115 -$175 for the battery.
I believe the voltage regulator was a recall so if that was addressed then the situation is mute.
