Shout out to biker bro's in Carlsbad Ca area. My Son's father in law passed from cancer last night, he was my age (mid 50's) , he rode a BMW touring bike, he was a very good man, great father, husband, biker enthusiast. I am looking for ideas to send condolences to pay respect to this man. His name is Phil. He leaves behind a loving wife, 3 very smart children (one married my son) and I was blessed to know him for too short of a time. So, some thoughts on what to send to his grieving wife and maybe a recommendation in or near Carlsbad I can check out on line or call. Thanks in advance.
Sorry for the loss. Way too young. I have no idea on any special words or gifts. When my Mom passed away my Mother in Law stepped up and said you have me. Sadly I lost her too but at the time it was huge relief to know I had her in my corner.

If he served in the military, you may be able to organize the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in the procession. If not, maybe reach out to some of the local m/c groups and see if they may be able to pull together an escorted ride to the funeral.
Some HOG groups have Chaplains that may have contacts with other groups if he didn't ride a Harley.
A good friend and rider passed a few years ago from cancer.
There was a local guy offering a final service for deceased bikers. He had a HD trike and matching trailer hearse ...a very classy rig.
Our friend hired the biker hearse before his demise so we all could have one last ride with him around his hometown on the way from the church to the cemetery. About 100 bikes in the procession following our fallen friend. There wasn't a dry eye at the cemetery... It was a very nice tribute to a good man and dedicated biker.
I have a friend who is a pastor/counselor for Christian Motorcyclist Association and wherever he is needed (in his area) he goes. I would check a local chapter of them as well.
So sorry for your loss. It is a shame to loose anyone to cancer no matter what age. I have seen it a few times now, and don't wish it upon anyone or ones family. Best thing you can offer is your love and support. My prayers go out.......
