After not riding for about 20 years I retired and decided that I wanted a Bike again so I got a 2009 1200 low sporty had it for a month and traded it in on a 2009 Ultra, now at 68 years old I have a '14 Limited and wouldn't go back to a smaller bike for anything. My buddy just went toa trike and is tryng to talk me into one. I haven't budged yet but it is in the back of my mind that I will be there someday.
Well, when I was young, I rode a Sporster, then graduated to a Super Glide. Then I got sidetracked completely and went Husky, Ka za waki, Ducati, then back to Harley with a Fat Boy. That was the 1970's thru 1990's, Now it's a Roadking and I'm considering a Limited in the near future.
So, go figure, Geezer Glides are for Geezers. I'm a geezer, so it's kinda like a rite of passage. You get older and you deserve better.

You get older and you deserve better ... I "deserved" better a long time ago. Been "baggin' it" ( on Harleys ) for over 35 years ... after I got off the 76 XLCH :>)
I rode a Sportster first, saddled it down with my version of the Beverly Hillbillies truck on two wheels, bought a Road King Classic with saddlebags only, kept the Sportster but never rode it. Traded them both in on a 2105 Limited.
13K+ in my first year with it and have been able to take my wife on more trips.
Miss the Sportster and the Road King once in a while but not enough to buy another one.
