I come from a Sportsbike background and I've always heard on several forums that GPR steering dampers leak..... I knew a couple guys on a Hayabusa forum mention how they had to send hem back to GPR for "service" because they leak. I've always ran an Ohlins damper on my Busa and some guys I know run Scott's dampers on their track bikes. Maybe they fixed the design flaw?? But I'd rather run a Scott's or Ohlins on my bike just because of their track records

Also check your front engine mount, the stock ones are known to shear laterally (like a sliced bagel), tons of wobble if that happens.

The angularity of that all but ensures it won't do anything, at least not when you need it.

I dnt know that I've ever had any issues with wobbles on my 08 flhx.. If I did I'd just give it more throttle and hang on lol..

Ah, I'm a bit slow, in fact rear stabilizer was what I was describing. With front forks a good drop in cartridge such as Works (3-stage spring) should be a good remedy for "wobble" of course Racing Performance and Ohlins are good too. Make sure that you don't have any lowering kits or lowering shocks in the back as this will cause you to "walk" around a little at higher speeds and may be interpreted as wobble. Consider a 13" rear shock on the rear. If you have unstable front suspension in could be linked to what your using on the rear. Before I step down from the proverbial soap box...the higher your suspension the better the ride and the better you can take high speed cornering.
Ride on!

Looks like it takes away clearance for the front fender to tree. Probably smack the fender real hard on that damper and screw up a lot of stuff.

Just put progressive monoshocks in the front end. Plug and play.
90+% have good experience's with them.
I am one of those.
Highly recommended!!
