If you are willing to ride Falls Church, there is a place called Crossroads that is pretty decent. Give them a call on (703) 820-3711. They replaced a carb on a jap bike for me, did a good job.
Not the fanciest place in the world, but they work on everything, and seem like good folks.

Give Fairfax Cycles a call http://www.fairfaxcycles.com/fairfax..._home_page.htm. There is also a shop next to theirs that works on HDs but I can't remember the name. I have been told that the guy that owns that shop is very good and has been working on Harleys for years.

he is the best. Does all the work on the Secret Service, Feds, State Police . NOT a HD dealer. Sells used bikes, mostly Cop bikes. great wrenches and reasonable. My friend worked there for many years before going to the Motor Shiop at the Fairfax Police Dept.
