So finally got everything figured out for winter mods. Lowers, deflecter kit, amp, 4 speakers in fairing, adjustable backrest, hammock and new long ride shield, dark 11 inch and 14 inch light tint.

Not gonna do anything engine wise until I talk to the old owner.
Was talking with my sales lady and she mentioned the old owner of my bike has a few parts for sale that he was gonna put on it but never did. He also said that he had an s&s 106 put in it when he was in Sturgis. She gave me his number cause he wanted to see if I wanted the parts. Gonna call and ask him about what the engine is right now. Originally thought it was 103 with 255 cams cause that's what they put in it then dyno tuned it.

Just finally warm enough to work on it in my garage. Next house is getting insulated garage.
