Thanks everyone,
Having a little trouble finding a Harley manual. Lots of the Clymer books out there. Sent Harley an email so hopefully they will get me the information I need. Thanks again.
Hattitude, I also wouldn't mind the link to the check list. Later
Ozzy

Look at he link iny reply above. That is the link to purchase that manual from a dealer at a discount. You're not going to find that manual anywhere other than a dealership (unless somebody resells it on eBay, etc).
when you bucket/sponge wash your bike, you run your hands over every part and will feel anything loose.
most procedures are on youtube in combination with teh manual.
question:
really do people pay $150 for an oil change???
$50 covers the oil and filter
Mike
* saddest thing I ever saw was people wasting a whole day at sturgis waiting for a routine oil change...WTF- change oil before you go, change when you get home.
even if you are coming from keywest you are under 5000 miles- and they are all hwy
Critical fasteners
So much for being ****
Glad you found it
I deserved that one.... I even looked for "critical fasteners" several years ago. Yet, just now, there it is plan as day, in the index...... I've checked a few things they don't list, but for some reason never thought to check banjo bolts (minus a visible leak)... live & Learn! Thanks again

I couldn't find the link where I downloaded them before.... I did find a dealer site that has the checklists under their service links for a bike's type/year, from 2008-2016. Everything from 5K service to 50K service. I was able to drag & drop the checklist, off their web site to my computer.. I had to convert to a pdf, to properly resize it.
[B]Got the manual for my bike here. Download costs $8.95. It is linked so just click on a chapter and it will take you there. At least mine does. Save ya some $$
