Default Crank case seal

My stator plug was leaking, so I RTV'd it. Now my primary is leaking. Trans is a different color. I'm beginning to wonder if the seal has just fallen out. Do I just pop the clutch cover to lower the level and wait until another issue causes me to open it up and replace the seal then?

Is is leaking from the clutch cover or the outer primary cover? Dunno what bike you have but on my RK their is a rubber gasket behind the clutch cover.

Oil can and will migrate from engine side to primary side on EVO motors. Not positive about Block Heads though. Check engine oil level, may be low. When mine was leaking quite a lot of oil would go into primary. Caused clutch to drag, made shifting hard. I was on a road trip trying to get home, so I would keep motor side full and dump from derby cover. Good luck!!

Man that must of been a mess... Probably got all over the rear tire
How much oil did you go thru before you made it home?
Glad you made it safely
