Something simple is wrong. Not sure what.
I had a problem with very spongie brakes and brake lever. Simple fix for that was to take calipers off and just exercise the the pucks, in and out a few times. My front brake was 100% back to normal, nice and hard and very responsive.
If your not getting anything at al let the lever and the calipers are working correctly, you have Air in the lines. Try the 2 ways to bleed, pumping air down or use a vacuum pump and push the air up and put.
The brakes are simple so it has to be one of those things.
Good luck
I was finally able to get about half a handle of brakes. I then took it to the dealership and they rebuilt the master cylinder. That gave me a little more brakes but it still wasn't what it should have been. It is good enough for riding though. The bike was down almost three months for my rebuild so I took it out this weekend and enjoyed the good weather. I am going to reinstall the ABS system on front though. When your rear brakes are stronger than your front, that's a red flag that shouldn't be ignored. I have verified though that there are no fluid leaks anywhere in the system from the master to the caliper. The dealership also verified what I already knew - that there was no air in the line either.
