Has anyone ever figured out how Fuelpak maps work and what the numbers are all about? Seems to be a very simple system if tunable by the end user... Anybody?
Don't know what the numbers mean but this may be of interest to someone. If your bike tends to stop or idle badly after fitting the fuelpak change setting #17 up one unit and that will cure it.
I had a fuel pak, not sure what each value is but seems its more than likly set up like all others with the +and- system, you could bump the number up to richen and lower it to lean.
Thats what bad about the FP. No one but V&H knows what the numbers are for and if you do an upgrade and it's not the same exact thing as something they've tested before you're screwed unless you live close enough to them to have them dyno the bike. I like my FP but if I knew then what I know now I would have never have bought it.

After I put one on my '06, I found I had lost a little power at the high end. I called V&H, the rep talked to the techs and gave me new numbers. Worked like a charm.
