Environmental Protection Agency - a US government beauracracy(SP?) setup to make the planet better by regulating US companies. Who cares that China dumps way more crap into the Earth/Air/Water. We have to make it hard for our own companies to do buisness. And this is without the treehuggers trying to stop progress. Speaking of which I got a few carbon credits for sale. Any takers??

Texas has it right. If it weren't for the EPA and OSHA etc., we would be able to make a lot more products here. They make it a lot more expensive to manufacture here compared to other countries. We can kick anyone's butt if given a level playing field. We should be charging tariffs according to the amount of pollution etc. that they are allowed compared to what we are allowed.
