1st of all my friend, happy birthday! You owe all of us a beer.
I am not that far behind you.
There are plenty of others much older than you my friend that ride.
In the last 2 months I rode with one guy in his eighties and another guy in his upper seventies.
Both of them were on 2 wheels.
I am sure with all of the posts (and I have not even looked... and posts to come) there will be many older than you. So take that as a compliment if you will. You will likely have many, many more wonderful years ahead of you.
But you still owe us all a beer. That is the rule when you hit 70.
In the meantime because of my age I need to take a break.... <-- yeah, that is why. LOL
I so funi!

I passed the 70 mark awhile back. I guess I owe y'all a beer! Kind of reminds me of the sign you see in some bars.... "Free beer tomorrow"
I turned 71 yesterday. I'm only able to ride about once a month from October through March but make up for it in the summer. The last thing on my "bucket list" for riding is to ride all 48 states and DC in one trip. Planning to do it this year, leaving the last week of August and completing the trip in 16 days. Hope to ride for many more years.

I want to do that when I retire in a couple years - but why only 16 days? not enough vacation time? haha just kidding
Compared to you guys, a youngster, 61 a month from today. Hope I'm riding in my 70's. A retiree from here, my friend is still putting on a lot of miles at 73 this summer
Happy Birthday. I will be 68 in a couple of weeks and still riding. Sitting in the recliner makes me feel old, but riding makes me feel young again. Probably why I am so confused. Haha good luck and safety.
Happy birthday, and keep riding safe!
Although not riders, 2 friends of mine had a little birthday bash last Friday.
Twins, both guys turned 90 last Friday.
Good men, you don't get to see 90 year old twins on their birthday very often!
Damn. A forum with a bunch of old farts! Ha! Thanks for making me feel like a kid again! Born in '58.... And to the poster who stated, "you are as young as you feel". Yes. So true. Now if the wife would revert back to 25 years old.....
