Glad I didn't renew my gold club membership. I went through the same kind of crap with them last summer over a Baker compensator for no apparent reason.
Baker provided one one for me in no time and I got back on the road. it sounds like they have improved on the customer service side, I couldn't even get anybody to lie to me last year!

I actually went to DK first and they had one part I wanted but was out of stock on the other like everyone else, but JP's site states they have it in stock.
