Glad I didn't renew my gold club membership. I went through the same kind of crap with them last summer over a Baker compensator for no apparent reason.

Baker provided one one for me in no time and I got back on the road. it sounds like they have improved on the customer service side, I couldn't even get anybody to lie to me last year!

By the way, the Cobra 1 1/2 inch highway bars I ordered from JP on Monday 2 days ago, are now on the bike.

So far my dealings with J&P have gone well. I've bought several things from them and returned one item. I'm a satisfied customer.

Really, because of this thread? Impressionable. You are seeing an infinitesimal proportion of all transactions here. And, no vendor is perfect. There will always be those who have, or feel they have had a bad experience with every vendor. Everyone feels or likes to feel 'there's' is the best.

No problems when dad was running it. Younger generation is at it now , instant problems.

Yes because of this thread..
I actually went to DK first and they had one part I wanted but was out of stock on the other like everyone else, but JP's site states they have it in stock.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow
