I would think those details would be on their web page.

Call the 877- number at the top of the page. Took me 30 seconds. So how do you define "LAZY"?

Thought the 09 and later frames negated the need for stabilizers?

Well the 09's newer frame design is better then older gen frames at reducing tendency to wobble, but even 09's can wobble in certain cond and or if there's enough miles/wear on the frame/suspension.

One of the problems with HD is that all the bagger frames are the same for the same model year.. IMO the early RK handles better than the late one after getting some simple mods to the chassis(stabillizer) and suspension (shocks and forks). The later fairing bikes feel better than the early ones (after the same frame and suspension mods on the early TCs).. On the newer M8s and TCs, they are still a bit better than a stock earlier model.

They reduced the need, however the rubber mount system, as used by Harley, still has short-comings. I wrote about it here.
