That seat will lower you and move you forward slightly.
The exact amount I'm not sure of, but I think it's 2 inches down and 1 inch forward.
I have the one with no rider backrest hole, same seat I believe.

i just got mine...been figgr'n on it all day....i think it raised me up alittle...no change in the rearward....i am comparing it to my Corbin Dual Tour....for now, i like the Corbin better....altho the farther i rode on the Mustang the better it felt...its softer than Corbin and does not have as good a scallop in the bucket....i can tell its not leather by the sweat on my back...i wish'd wifey hadnt bitch'd about the Corbin cause i'da never bought this Mustang without her highness's input
