I Went ahead and loaded a canned map from the dyna jet website and compared it to the map fuelmoto initially sent. I have no idea what the numbers mean but the 2 were not even close. I will give the dynojet map a try later today unless I hear from fuel moto before then with their new map.

Worth a try....
What numbers were you looking at?
AFR table- Air Fuel Ratio
VE tables- front & rear cylinder Volumetric efficiency
Timing tables- front & rear cylinder timing
Given the same engine with the exact same mods, I would expect the AFR to be pretty close if not identical, the timing to be fairly close, but the VE could look a lot different...
Good news and wanted to update here in case someone else has similar issues. The preloaded map was the culprit. Downloaded the new map directly from dynojet web site and went for a good 1 hour ride. The crack or ping is completely gone. Has some very minor decel pop but nothing major. Phew, glad that's over.
My 2014 SG had a slight decal pop when it was new all stock, now with a Stage-I it will
still do 1 or 2 decal pops. I will go over all my exhaust bolts for the third time to check.
In my opinion a map should be nothing more than a starting point, no matter who it's from. We all spend thousands on performance parts, then many want to close the wallet when it comes to making the bike run correctly or at least get 100% yield out of your performance parts. Glad you got it squared away but I'd highly recommend a tune later by a reputable operator. Ride safe!
