Has anyone modified or attempted to alter the angle of the factory quick release windshield on a Road King?
I think it would look a little better dropped back slightly...any thoughts?
Never thought about it but an LRS shield not only looks better, especially in a dark tint, it handles buffeting much better. Besides, I hate looking through a shield.
Never have thought about it 'till you brought it up.
Without looking at it (I have one in the garage) it might be possible to do some mods to the w/s bracket on the top "slot" allow it to tilt back a bit.
Just be sure you have enough clearance between the windshield and everything else BEFORE your start cutting.
