Can't say on 2016. Just put them on my 2010 Ultra and made a world of difference. Stable ride, firm over bumps and no front end dive. Mine have both clips on
I have a 2011 not a 2016. The newest bikes are supposed to have a better suspension. But I have been riding some and IMO. Stock suspension is junk. Check out MotorCycle Metal. Howard. I and using his on the rear. Great product. Great support. I went with Axeo Legends in the front. $675.00. Very happy. My buddy got Howards Ohlins for the front. In both cases bike hands like it's way smaller. Huge improvement. Wife wants to be a passenger more so going to upgrade to adjustable rears. Good luck.
2016 Road Glide Ultra...The difference when changed out is stunning, actually I think it is a safety issue with the way the bike handles stock, the way it acts over large dips at speed and around corners especially when two up...for what I spent the change is amazing!!
Eastern Performance matched amazon at around $370 shipped for the set.
I also changed out to chrome forks while they had the front end apart...
For the rear, I called Jon at Horny Toad HD, ordered the 2017 CVO HD premium shocks as individual shocks, left and right, not the set of HD premiums, saved a bunch of cash...like $368 shipped.
