Rinehardt true duals
There is no "best" tuner. You will get as many opinions as there are tuners on the market.
I just put a Power Vision on mine after several years of running a Power Commander V with Autotune. I wish I'd a put the Power Vision on in the beginning.
I'm running True Dual headers with Rinehart slip ons, on my '07 and the Power Vision has my bike running better now than the PCV with Autotune AND a $400 dynotune! At 56,000 miles it is now running better than it ever has!

If you are going to have it dyno tuned, I would ask the guy doing the tuning which one he likes. He's going to do a better job tuning your bike if he's using the system he's the most comfortable with. The guy running the dyno is more important than the tuning device. A good dyno operator can take the cheapest tuner and make you bike sing like a choir and a bad guy can take the best device and make you bike run like crap.
