Default Handlebar Riser Bolts

Can I get to the handlebar riser bolts by just removing ignition and lower fairing switch cover to tighten them up a tad more? I put new handle bars on the bike and put it all back together then realized I should have snugged up the riser bolts while I was there. Thanks

Riser bolts or top clamp bolts? Riser bolts, just need to turn bars to full lock each way and use an extension...top clamp bolts need to move radio!

Riser bolts...I pulled the Fairing etc. to put new handlebars on. After it was all done and back together with the exception of the inner fairing switch cap, I realized I should have snugged up the riser bolts. They are not really loose that I know of but after working on new bars, I notice I have a bit more fore and aft movement in riser bushings. I put stock bars back on, no apes. I had a stock set powdercoated to match the bikes paint. Thanks for the advice.
