Default handlebar adjustment

Put a modified seat on my ultra limited and I would like to move the handlebars back a small amount. Any help on the easiest way to access the handlebar mounting bolts would be appreciated

There are four bolts on the clamp. With the two piece clamp it was easy to loosen the top two bolts of each clamp and it would give you enough to move the bar. With the one piece clamp it should still work. Take the outer fairing off and pull the radio and you will have access to the top bolts. If you need to access the bottom bolts you would have to pull the ignition and fairing cap.

I tried the same thing (all stock). gained access by ignition key only had to loosen the aft 2 bolts...took about an hour...

I moved my bars "back"...all it did was lower them slightly....rode it for about a week and put them back to the "stock" position...

Not worth it, but you may....give it a shot
