There is an unused accessory plug under the seat that you can utilize. Another option, depending on how your holder/charger is wired is to utilize the unused wire on the headlamp loom that is for lights on the HDI models.

+1. You could even get the other side of the plug and make a wire harness to make it serviceable if need it

Lots of options depending on what you want the final configuration to be.
Whatever you decide on the mount itself you can get power that comes on with the ignition, is always on or turns on and off with the acc switch on the dash.
On with ignition at the headlight as said above.
Always on at the cigarette lighter.
And acc switch at the plug under the seat in front of the battery.
