Name is Vants, new here and looking for a few things, right now I just recently purchased my 6th Harley, my first one was back in 1967 when I purchased a 1958 FLH retired CHP bike. Bought it from a Dealer, fully loaded for $350.00, the following year I purchased another Harley, 1956 FL, already chopped with 8" over turned down glide front end from a private party for $150.00. Who would of thought the prices would go through the ceiling like they have? Anyway, I now have a 2007 FLHRS which only had 16,281 miles on her when I bought it. I am looking to bag it out and curious if a seat off a Harley Davidson 2016 Road Glide fit on a 2007 FLHRS? I can't seem to find a parts interchange list anywhere, anyone know if any such thing exists?
This will probably be my last Harley which I will take to the grave, I will be 70 yrs. of age in November. I also have a 1990 Honda Goldwing Special Edition, fully loaded which is really a hard bike to beat all around, now has 82,000 on her, that leaves a long way to go for that bike. Also have a 1982 Silverwing with 17,000 miles on her which I am in the midst of adapting a sidecar to..Have 2 dogs which both ride with me, the 56 lb. dog rides on the back seat and the 9 lb. one rides in front of me on the tank, quite the show.
many of us use the online parts finder to figure out what fits what- the old part number scheme ( last 2 digits denote introduction of part) is being phased out- which is a bummer.

Well, guess that answers that question, Thank You So Much Mike, I appreciate your answer and time!
Still trying to figure out this response thing, kinda strange how it works
