What's going on at Surdyke?
Yesterday I posted about a mesh jacket that I want to buy. Its $140 at my local dealership. Surdyke has it for $112 ($123.20) with shipping.
But on Yelp, there are a lot of negative reviews and the manager has responded to a lot of the negative reviews.
The only complaint that I've personally had was a 2 week turn around time for an order that I placed several years ago.
So I'm now wondering, has the quality gone done?
I'm not bashing the place, I understand, every business has good and bad days and a there are always a lot of internet warriors out there looking to bash a reputable business.
I have bought a lot of parts from them, knowing I would have to wait two, sometimes three weeks to get it. Never a problem, but I also have never had to return anything.
I bought a few items over the winter. Good deal, correct parts arrived in good condition. Shipping did take a little longer than is standard these days though.

Parts that are not in stock, sometimes do take longer to ship. Motorclothes I would get
from a local dealer, not a 20% off dealer. Your local dealer lets you try on before buying.
