Default Surdyke?

What's going on at Surdyke?
Yesterday I posted about a mesh jacket that I want to buy. Its $140 at my local dealership. Surdyke has it for $112 ($123.20) with shipping.

But on Yelp, there are a lot of negative reviews and the manager has responded to a lot of the negative reviews.

The only complaint that I've personally had was a 2 week turn around time for an order that I placed several years ago.

So I'm now wondering, has the quality gone done?

I'm not bashing the place, I understand, every business has good and bad days and a there are always a lot of internet warriors out there looking to bash a reputable business.

So what's the 411 with them.

Their return process is a HUGE pain in the ***, and ONLY gets you store credit minus a heavy re-stock fee.

Plus they still take a while to ship. To me that is the cost of saving some money.

For the $17 savings you are looking at from Surdyke, I would just buy it from the dealer. Consider it your "I want it now" fee.

I have bought a lot of parts from them, knowing I would have to wait two, sometimes three weeks to get it. Never a problem, but I also have never had to return anything.

I've used them many times with no issues. I guess I've been lucky.

I bought a few items over the winter. Good deal, correct parts arrived in good condition. Shipping did take a little longer than is standard these days though.

I've gotten a few things without any issues other than the shipping a little longer than others but I already knew that.

I'm not certain about sizing so, maybe I'll just buy it from the dealer.

But now, more importantly Mac daddy, I'm waiting for your write up on those cams... Come on now...

Parts that are not in stock, sometimes do take longer to ship. Motorclothes I would get
from a local dealer, not a 20% off dealer. Your local dealer lets you try on before buying.
