Default Batwing extensions + fork fangs

Well I put on some batwing extensions and holy ****, the first time I rode and my beard didn't even budge. It's 90 out today and I still felt a nice breeze in my body, but 0 buffeting /turbulence. I also have a 7" LRS recurve shield. Pretty much perfect for me. I have lower fairings on order but I probably won't even put them on until the fall. We'll I might put them on just to test it, but my ride is so comfortable right now. So happy that I got the street glide to be this comfortable, as the buffeting when I first bought it almost made me regret not just getting another dyna.

I could also hear my radio way better, super clear at about 1/3 volume vs having to blast it all the time.

Yup, I put on the fangs on my old Road King along with a LRS, and under the fork baffle.

Batwingz wind deflectors. I like that they contour the fairing and they're not flat. I got them on ebay, I do not nt know if they're available anywhere else.

Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/131320004473

Nice bagger, might purchase these deflectors as well. Did you paint them or is the gloss black they come in looks close to HD black paint? Thanks.

I switched from a stock, tall windshield to a LRS 8" recurve last week and the buffeting started. I have the flat batwing extensions. I'm thinking of going back to the stock windshield or getting the fork deflectors. I have the lowers fyi.
