What Compasses are most accurate for motorcycles all weather?

I used the polished surface of the fuel filling cap for many years. GPS made it simpler nowadays. The marine compass will be mislead if you have speaker magnets in your fairing.

It's some years since I recall seeing any discussion in here about compasses, but they have been installed on dressers, sometimes to replace one of the existing small gauges. They have been made for use in vehicles, although I don't know if they still are. I've been using a gps for many years, which meets my needs. It's a weatherproof bike one, for use on any of our three bikes and two vehicles - used it only this morning!

Speaking of GPS, most of these you can substitute the car icon to another icon, which most have a compass arrow. My Garmin does that and you can even set the top of the map to always be north and let the compass arrow spin as you travel.
