Loose latch

Loose latch
The latch on the right side bag is floppy..,.seems like something worn, but I can't see anything out of order. Anyone else ever have this problem?? 2013 Street Glide

There's a spring in there, which may have broken? Take a look on-line here, for details of what is inside the machanism.
