How confident are you that the clutch/brake lines will fit with the 10""chubbys? Was under the impression anything beyond my Heritage style bars needed the +4 or +6.
i put 12" carlinis on mine, they run a little tall....your stock clutch and break cables fit with zero issues... well mine did and you can see the height of my bars....

When you do it, take your time and dont rush it. Better to spend a couple more minutes and tearing it apart to fix something.

I'm expecting this to be a 4-6 beer project. I got through it with that nasty 90° angle on my T-Bars last time so these mini-Apes should be a cake walk.

WO515's Installed

No Cable changes needed. 8" wire extensions were more than enough.

WO515's installed.

I put the 10" Chubby's on my 05 RK Custom.
The brake line will fit, I just had to bend it to fit the new bars.
Had to cut the ties under the nacelle to get more slack.
You can see part of the rubber part of the line now, that was previously hidden under the nacelle.
The clutch will also fit, but it's pretty damn tight on a full turn.
Had to reroute where it was attached to the frame, and used zip ties to keep it in place.
The throttle cables will also work, but again are pretty damn tight.
Had to change the way they were routed under the nacelle to get as much slack as I could.
The only thing I had to do was add some wire to the harness.
Tip, if you are doing this yourself,
add some extra length to the wires in case you want to go higher in the future the wires will already be done.

Total cost was $210, the bars, and some wire at the HW store.
took me 2 afternoons, but i was also adding the passing lamps, so that took a little but extra time.

here's some pics, you can see how tight the throttle cables are, but they work just fine. For $210, this is a good mod to your bike.
