i got 2015 electra glide limited, which i just upgraded it to stage 2.
it got V&H full exhaust system, 6 1/4 and i am about to install the arlen ness air filter.
once i install this air filter do i need to re map the bike?
Doesn't sound like you're even done with a "stage 1" set of upgrades much less make it a "stage 2" yet.
Just remap the bike anytime you change any part of the intake, engine or exhaust to help it run as optimal as possible. No need to overthink it. Just do it.
I just finished Stage 2....that's cams + more tuning.
Choose your tuner carefully, there are lots of options out there. I'm still using my 5 year old Power Commander 5, but that's now dated technology and the Power Vision flash tuner now seems to be the hot ticket.
I'll bet if you install one of those Ness air cleaners, you won't flow any more useable air than you require now, except for the fact, (yes fact), that you'll be dripping oil from the bottom of the filter, no matter what level you run your sump at.
Embarrassing, to say the least.
