Default Docking Point Covers

Just installed Tour Pack quick disconnect 53000291A. Does anyone know which docking point covers fit this kit? Short, small or medium. Want to dress and cover rubber grommets when tour pack not on bike. Am think small (48035-09) but have not been able to confirm anywhere. Thanks in advance

I went to my local hardware store and bought some plastic slip-on floor protectors for kitchen chair legs. Gloss black and $4.00 for 4 of them. Unless you want chrome. My docking hardware has 2 long (1.5") and 2 short (1") posts on them for my tour pack and a passenger backrest when the pack is off. $70.00 a set for me was a hard one to do. Measure yours compared to mine and you will know what length you need. Hope this helps.

I can't see a time when I'd need an emergency tour pack install. The 5 minutes it takes to put back on the docking hardware seems well worth it not to have it on when I don't need it.

Pretty sure you will need 4 of the longer covers. The older (pre 09) docking hardware required 2 long and 2 short covers. The front docking points were shorter.

You need the SMALL docking hardware cover kit (48035-09). This part fits the four-point docking hardware in retail package #52300353 (which is equivalent to the four-point docking hardware sub-kit #52300362 in your kit).
