For a dealer that's about right for a asking price how many miles on it? I must have missed it in the add. Any service history? I think the 09 Electra glide they show is nice too the 09 has the newer frame. Either bike looks nice if your gonna make a offer I would start about 9500 and wouldn't go over 11000 just my opinion

price seems about right depending on condition. 22k isn't really high mileage yet. it's well loved. my '10 electra glide has over 45k and it runs like a top. i've seen bikes of the same year that look good far away but up close there's a lot of wear and tear. check everything you can see. ask for service records. if it runs good and everything feels tight you should be fine. if things are loose and jiggling around alot you may not be. i would also suggest looking for an 09 or above because the 08 and before frames apparently had a lot of flex in them. never ridden one so i can't say how bad it was, just somethig to consider.
i will also add that i traded my sportster in for an electra glide and i don't miss the sportster at all. it takes a while to get used to so don't try to push it. they're much heavier than a sportster so be careful with parking it. try to familiarize yourself with the controls and radio before you take off. try not to fiddle with everything while your riding or you'll have a bad time.
Had an 09 Streetglide. Bought it as soon as they came out in 08 and I saw the changes - new frame, wider rear tire, 17" front tire, and better transmission gearing for better usage of 6th gear. If the bike was an 09, I'd perhaps pay somewhere close to that for it. NO WAY would I pay that kind of money or anywhere near that kind of money for that 08 bike. JMO as you asked. Oh yeah, I don't consider that high mileage.
Too much money for an 08. I paid that for an 11egc 2-1/2 years ago. You could get an Electra Glide and strip it down to look like a street glide. Sell the take off parts and be a lot less into it money wise.
