Batwing fairing pre-2000

I have a 1998 Heritage Softail. Wanting to mount a Batwing Fairing on it with a few goodies. (radio, speakers, auxiliary power) Every fairing I see new refers to 2000 - 2017 models. They are out there I see them every day. I'd like to do most of this myself.Come on someone out there has done this on there own. Anyone have some feedback? Thanks, Joe

I had a Memphis shades batwing on my 96 Fatboy. Looked and worked well. Im sure theres brackets that will fit your bike for a verity of different fairings? Id start by posting this in the Softail section on here, you'll probably get some good info.
